If a case does not unlock
Wait a moment, refresh My Cases, and check that you are signed in with the email account used at checkout. Do not pay again. If the case is still missing, email support with the case title, purchase date and Stripe receipt reference. Never send a card number, security code or account password.
Requesting a refund
Please contact support promptly, preferably within 14 days of purchase, and explain the issue. We review requests individually. If you were charged twice, charged in error, or cannot access or use the case as described and we cannot resolve the problem, we will arrange a refund of the affected purchase. If you simply change your mind, contact us and we will review the request; a refund is not automatically guaranteed.
This policy does not limit any cancellation, refund or other rights that apply to you by law. The 14-day request preference does not shorten those rights.
After a refund
For purchases sold through Stripe Managed Payments, the payment receipt identifies the merchant of record and available transaction support. You can also contact our support about game access or a refund request. Approved refunds go to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit becomes visible. Access linked to a refunded purchase is withdrawn. A payment dispute may also suspend access while it is reviewed; contact support if access was removed in error.
Before purchasing
Review the content notice and requirements and purchase terms. Each case is sold separately. There is no subscription or recurring charge.
